Welcome to the Gilbert W. Perry, Jr. Center for the Arts in Middletown, Delaware.  Owned and operated by Associated Community Talents, Inc., the Gibby Center is a non-profit arts center designed to serve our multi-cultural community.  The Gibby Center opened its doors to art classes in the fall of 2006, and we have recently completed construction of an art gallery in the front of the building named Hudson Contemporary.  Enjoy our website as you watch us grow!
